職位：區域銷售經理- 軸承產品
Position: Area Sales Manager – Bearing Products

Responsibilities 職責：

- Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets
計劃并執行銷售活動以完成銷售目標

- Actively develop new market and explore new sales opportunities
積極開拓新市場并創造銷售機會

- Develop distribution network
發展經銷商網絡

- Visit customers to understand their development needs, strengthen customer relations and to develop business
拜訪客戶以理解他們的需求、加強客戶關系并取得業務發展

- Collect and analyze the market information, implement marketing activities, identify business opportunities, recommend new business solutions

收集并分析市場信息，展開市場活動，確定業務機會，提出新的解決方案。

- Coordinate engineering support to customers
協調對客戶的工程技術支持

- Handle customer complaint responsively to ensure to be closed satisfactorily
快速響應客戶投訴并確保得到滿意解決

Requirements 要求：

- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
機械工程或類似本科專業

- Working experience in bearing industry would be an advantage
3年以上機械類產品銷售經驗，有軸承行業銷售經驗優先。

- Technical knowledge of mechanical and/or bearing application in the related industries
有機械或軸承技術背景

- Good planning, coordination, communication, team work and problem solving skills

良好的工作安排、協調、溝通、團隊合作及解決問題能力。

- Good learning ability and work well under great pressure

良好的辦公軟件應用能力，良好的壓力下工作能力，能經常出差。
